Director of Delivery

Overview

We are seeking a Director of Delivery to play a pivotal role in managing large-scale infrastructure projects within the data center industry. As the operational driver of our delivery teams, you’ll work directly with hyperscalers and owner-operators while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This is a leadership role with impact—bringing vision into action and execution into results.

• Lead field delivery teams on complex, high-profile infrastructure programs.
• Translate strategic direction from executive leadership into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted delivery partner.
• Mentor and develop team leaders, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and field execution.

• A strong track record of delivering large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance.
