Senior Project Manager – E2 Optics

What You'll Do- Serve as an ambassador for E2 Optics, overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing.
- Supervise and direct project resources to deliver value effectively and consistently to the customer.
- Ensure strategic alignment and execution of corporate operational processes to achieve timely, safely completed project work that exceeds quality expectations and complies with contract documents, schedule, and budget.
- Promote safety and core values, fostering a family‑centric culture and employee empowerment.
- Align business objectives, plan strategically, and allocate resources to support the customer within a holistic risk and safety management program.
- Effectively manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure compliant project delivery.
- Manage installation strategies leveraging best practices and methods to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Travel as required (overnight travel may be necessary).
- BS in Project Management or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects.
- Experience with multiple contractual types and vehicles (lump sum, cost‑plus/GMP, unit price, design‑build/design‑assist, time & material).
- Preferred certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP.
- Additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to identify change events and implement change‑management best practices.
- Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards.

The position is based in an indoor business office and construction environment with moderate noise levels. Responsibilities include sitting, talking, hearing, using hands, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders to 20 feet, and operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required. Work may involve tight, confined spaces. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
