Description

The Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding site sales and profit plan by motivating and developing team members towards operational excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure each guest is completely satisfied during their visit.
• Guest satisfaction is your number one priority.
• Create a succession plan for the unit.
• Select and develop a staff member to assume all duties when you are away.
• Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level including sales reports, red book information, shift inventories and other required documentation to insure profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete monthly inspection of the unit using the Unit Inspection form.
• Order all food and supplies needed to operate the unit daily.
• Recognize and discipline staff.
• Create budgeted staffing schedules using recent sales data.
• Hold monthly meetings with all team members to discuss relevant information.
• Establish a visible presence in the community to drive business and increase sales.
• Enforce all brand standards, company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Treat all team members with dignity and respect.
• Train all levels of staff in proper operations, POS systems, back‑of‑house functions and front‑of‑house duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Age 18+ and must pass a drug test.
• Availability: flexible full‑time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders, step stools, and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
