Join to apply for the Production Lead role at Abi Mar Foods, Inc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as needed.
- May be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.
- Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- 6 months related experience.
- Bakery experience a plus.
