Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed
- Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure
- Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment.
- Must work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest food safety and quality standards
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic work and troubleshooting.
