As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for ensuring all equipment and machinery are in good working condition. You will also handle repairs and perform preventative maintenance while following all company policies and processes.

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and the building as needed.
• Understand and follow emergency procedures in case of equipment failure.
• Repair equipment during breakdowns.
• Oversee maintenance of the facility and all equipment.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely product manufacturing with high standards of food safety and quality.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot motor controls such as HMI's and PLC's.
• Diagnose automation components including HMI, PLCs, I/O, and VFDs.
• Identify communication systems on automation devices.
• Perform basic programming of PLCs.
• Design and implement ideas and innovations to improve equipment efficacy, safety, and reliability.
• Sanitary welding experience is a plus but not required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical or vocational degree in related fields; bakery experience is strongly preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
