This opportunity is based on a MIG/TIG Welder career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Perform MIG, TIG, or other welding as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Weld and fabricate metal components according to specifications Inspect welds and finished products for quality Use welding equipment, hand tools, and measuring tools safely Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience performing MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of welding equipment setup, welding techniques, and safe operating procedures. Ability to accurately measure, fit, and prepare materials prior to welding. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural welding, or production environments is preferred. Experience using grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and metal fabrication tools is beneficial. Knowledge of weld inspection, blueprint interpretation, and quality control procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate craftsmanship, dependability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Welder.
