Overview
Labor & Delivery Unit - Travel Registered Nurse
Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for this travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >150 miles from facility to be submitted.
Responsibilities- IV therapy/Phlebotomy: administration of blood & blood products, drawing venous blood, maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), starting and maintaining IVs, use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring.
- Labor and Delivery Management: amnioinfusion, assist with high risk delivery, assist with vaginal delivery, circulate for C-section, forceps/vacuum extraction, manage hemorrhage/shock, recover C-section, perform sterile vaginal exams.
- Work Settings: antepartum, facility births/month
