Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive and individualized patient care using the nursing process. The RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective delivery of care and achievement of optimal patient outcomes. This role involves direct patient care and interaction with patients and their families while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice. RNs must possess broad clinical knowledge to manage a wide range of health conditions and have a professional responsibility to participate in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
All duties must be performed in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act

- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum required)
- Experience: No previous experience required
- Licensure/
Certifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License (Texas); CPR – Basic Life Support (BCLS); ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of orientation completion - Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Maintains a professional appearance at all times;
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly;
Strong communication and teamwork skills
