Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN

Renew Home Health is hiring a dependable, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for patients in their homes across the Abilene area. In this full-time role, you'll carry a steady schedule of visits - medications, treatments, and monitoring - and help patients stay safe and comfortable  you value consistent, meaningful, one-on-one care, we'd love to hear from you.

• Provide skilled LVN visits to patients in their homes throughout the Abilene area
• Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
• Monitor each patient's condition and follow the physician's plan of care under RN supervision
• Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
• Report changes in patient status to the nursing team
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
• A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Strong clinical skills and dependability
• A caring, patient-first attitude
