• Provide high-quality patient care as a PRN Registered Nurse, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, medication, and treatment effectiveness

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
