Description:
Registered Nurse position in Pediatrics.
Work schedule is 3 nights per week from 7 PM to 7 AM.Floating to NICU is required, with potential to float to other areas as needed.
Flexibility with scheduling is essential.
Every other weekend is required.
Candidates will manage a patient ratio of 1:4.Three years of experience is required.
Certifications in BLS and PALS are mandatory, with CPHON, NRP, and OCN preferred.
Experience with charting systems is preferred.
Responsibilities include administration of medications, managing patient care, and assisting with procedures as needed.
Candidates must demonstrate appropriate techniques in pediatrics and possess skills in various care scenarios.
A valid RN license is mandatory for this role.
All selected candidates will undergo a mandatory drug screening.
Candidates should avoid any products that may cause a positive drug screen result.
Compliance with all facility policies is required, including adherence to confidentiality and reporting protocols.
Interdisciplinary team collaboration is encouraged to provide optimal patient care.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills.
