Shift: Days, 4x10 — 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Craniotomy and burr hole experience — HARD STOP
- BLS required
- ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC preferred
- Allscripts preferred;
Altera experience preferred - Experience with Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, General Surgery, and Robotics
- Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred
- Experience with orthopedic, spine, neurological, trauma, general, and robotic procedures
- Travel experience preferred, not required
Description:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a General OR supporting Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, General Surgery, Robotics, and trauma cases.
- Support procedures including craniotomy, burr hole, cervical/lumbar fusion, laminectomy/discectomy, arthroscopy, total joint replacement, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, mastectomy, and robotic procedures.
- Maintain patient safety and surgical standards while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and supporting patients across adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations.
