As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Avir at Willowcreek, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional rehabilitative care to our patients. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital sign checks, and other essential tasks. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals. Your warm and empathetic approach will help our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Provide bedside care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with medication management, including administration and tracking
• Help patients maintain proper positioning and mobility, as needed
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
