Responsibilities- Inspecting individual packages on each line to ensure proper seals, correct code dates and inspect the general appearance of each package.
- Record average package weights and bake loss at the end of the shifts.
- Record quality assurance reports for each line within each 1 hour time period.
- Put product on hold for further review by QC Manager.
