Responsibilities
- Completion of a daily checklist that includes paperwork verification, GMP compliance and employee awareness conversations.
- Support pest control monitoring and making observations, cleanup requests to Sanitation.
- Support audit requests.
- Inspect incoming product packaging and compare against approved artwork for any discrepancies when possible.
- Support customer related documentation and/or regulatory requests.
- Monitor and report findings while conducting observations of the Food Safety and Personnel Safety programs within the plants.
- Monitor and report opportunities in relation to GMPs, Food Defense, Allergen programs and other portions of the Food Safety Plan.
