Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the industry? We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee property listings, conduct in-depth market analysis, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your knowledge and guidance will be essential in ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for buyers and sellers alike.

• Graduate from our Agent Launch
• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
• Conduct three open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and partner call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Valid Real Estate License Required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first approach
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Committed to attending the office at least three days per week
• Maintains a positive and upbeat demeanor
• Comfortable spending extensive time driving
• Skilled at assessing client preferences and matching them with suitable properties
• Open to learning and receptive to coaching
• Ambitious with a demonstrated track record of success
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Collaborative team member
• Minimum of 3 years licensed real estate sales experience
• Well-organized and detail-focused
• Eager to learn and apply scripts and communication techniques
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
