We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities

Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.

Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.

Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.

Develop key employees through feedback and training.

Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of all food items.

Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.

Create and oversee work schedules and task assignments.

Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.

Participate in hiring and application review processes.

Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
