First Cash is seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and cultivate a customer‑centric environment.
Compensation: $##.## to $##.## per hour. In addition, Retail Store Managers earn a lucrative monthly bonus that constitutes a major portion of total yearly income.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). The Store Manager is accountable for day‑to‑day operations, employee coaching, and financial goal achievement. Responsibilities include asset protection through inventory control, loan management, merchandising, and enterprise‑level reporting. The Store Manager will promote the business, target new customers, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
CoreResponsibilities
- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner and rapidly addressing issues.
- Assist in training staff to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes and procedures, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
- Maintain operating standards to meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans issued.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development.
- Communicate clearly with employees on store mission and profit objectives.
- Remain current on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Demonstrated supervisory ability.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- May assist customers in parking lots or retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Flexible to work at multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Must work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Store Managers will work 45+ hours per week; hours are based on business needs.
- Computer literate; experienced with POS systems and office machines.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and business sense.
