Area Supervisor – Ross Stores, Inc.

Responsibilities- Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
- Execute and supervise company operational processes, including safety, customer service, and merchandising.
- Maintain safe & secure environments, including building security, EAS checks, and emergency procedures.
- Deliver front‑end supervision and operations, manage cash registers, and ensure accurate front‑end procedures.
- Perform administrative duties such as cash pulls, deposits, payroll administration, and associate scheduling.
- Support loss prevention through customer engagement and monitoring.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call as required.
