Area Supervisor – Ross Stores, Inc.

Join the Ross Stores leadership team as an Area Supervisor. Ross is a Fortune 500 off‑price retailer with over 2,200 stores worldwide.

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes, including safety, customer service, and merchandising.
• Maintain safe & secure environments, including building security, EAS checks, and emergency procedures.
• Deliver front‑end supervision and operations, manage cash registers, and ensure accurate front‑end procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as cash pulls, deposits, payroll administration, and associate scheduling.
• Support loss prevention through customer engagement and monitoring.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call as required.
