Summary
The Night Stocker is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. A night stocker performs shelf stocking and back‑room duties. Tasks may also include spill cleanup, general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests entering the area or department.
• Follow the daily work schedule assigned by management.
• Perform stocking duties including lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering.
• Perform general housekeeping duties on the sales floor and backroom areas.
• When on the aisles during opening hours, remain attentive to guests’ needs and be ready to direct guests to requested items.
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00 pm–7:00 am.
• Ability to work at a fast‑paced, efficient, and controlled manner.
• Ability to perform all physical aspects of stocker duties, including, but not limited to, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and at times running.
• Ability to operate all ordering and backroom equipment, including a box baler and safety cutter.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude.
• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others.
