Account Executive

Renew Home Health is looking for a driven, personable Account Executive to grow our presence across the Abilene area. In this full-time role, you’ll build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners — connecting more patients to the care they need  you love being out in the community and turning relationships into results, we’d love to hear from you.

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and discharge planners
• Represent Renew Home Health in the community and at local events
• Educate referral partners on our services and what sets our care apart
• Track leads and follow up consistently to keep the referral pipeline strong
• Partner with the clinical and office teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Meet and exceed census and growth goals for your territory

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (home health or hospice a plus)
• A strong local network, or the drive to build one quickly in the Abilene area
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
