Job description:SEEKING NEW BUSINESS SPECIALIST

As a NEW BUSINESS SPECIALIST, you will help grow our Allstate agencies by engaging in acquiring new customers.
Qualifications- Property and Casualty licensed required
- 1 or more years of previous insurance sales experience preferred for this sales position earning commission or bonuses
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex insurance products and policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable
- PC skills a must
- Accuracy and Attention to details are critical
This is a $40k salary base plus commission. The commission plan is uncapped! (The average total compensation range with current sales team is $75k - 100k)

Work with one of the largest and most respected insurance providers in the country. Allstate agency with multiple locations in Texas is seeking a New Business Specialist to work for a growing well-established business.
This position is with an Allstate independent contractor agent, not with Allstate Insurance Companies. Employees of Allstate agents must be able to successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Allstate agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Allstate agents’ employees are not employees of Allstate.
