Delivery Professional (Part‑time) – Advanced Casket Manufacturing Service, Abilene, TX

Matthews International – a global leader in casket manufacturing and memorial solutions.

We seek a reliable Delivery Professional to transport new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans. The role is part of our service center team and focuses on customer‑facing delivery.

3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) – First Shift. Total hours: 25–28 per week. Drivers may finish early afternoon.

Starting pay: $22 per hour.

• Drive truck to deliver products to funeral homes.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper product placement.
• Prepare products for delivery and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload at drop‑off location, run distribution center checks, and clean warehouse according to company standards.
• Put products away as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous delivery driver experience preferred; otherwise equivalent education and experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Current driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Ability to pass DOT Physical, Drug Test, and MVR Check.
• Maintained safe driving record.

• Regularly stand, walk, sit; use hands for handling; reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception.
• Work area may be noisy.
