Join Johnson Brothers as a Route Delivery Driver. The role involves making direct store deliveries, adhering to assigned routes & schedules, and delivering high-quality wines and spirits with exceptional customer service.

Victory Wine Group, now Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas, imports and distributes fine wines and craft spirits. As a Route Delivery Driver you will be responsible for direct store deliveries with a focus on timely, safe transport and superior customer service.

• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients safely and on time.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules; routes may change based on business needs.
• Maintain a safe driving record and abide by all transportation laws.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

Must possess a valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record, DOT Med card, and satisfy company driving record and insurance requirements. Experience in a warehouse and handling heavy items is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of driving experience in the past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• DOT Med card and ongoing DOT compliance.
• Accurate inventory maintenance.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items.
• Reliability and punctuality; willingness to work regular hours and weekends.
• Mobilelink app installation required.
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.

• Willingness to travel within established geographic areas.
• Must be able to maintain a DOT Medical Examination Card.
• Must meet DOT compliance and Driver Safety Manual requirements (effective 1/1/24).
