This role can be based at Culham, Oxfordshire.

Department Administrator – providing efficient and professional administrative support to senior managers and staff in the Plasma Science and Fusion Operations division.
Responsibilities- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
- Organise UK and international travel and conference registration.
- Handle purchasing.
- Make arrangements for new starters, visiting scientists and students; liaise with staff to ensure computer accounts are set up, office accommodation is provided, site passes issued, etc.
- Provide other reasonable administrative support to the division.
- Previous administrative experience and/or qualification.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Discreet and professional approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
