Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed individuals to our team.

We’re looking for an Organisational Support Officer to join our Headquarters Reception team to provide a warm welcome to our colleagues and visitors. You’ll welcome visitors as their first point of contact, ensuring they are signed in and provided with a visitor pass and escort. You’ll manage the incoming and outgoing post for the site. You’ll provide business administration support, and gain an in‑depth knowledge of the organisation and its processes whilst working with collaborators and customers, both internal and external.

Administration will be a big part of your role; including venue, travel and equipment booking and preparation of paperwork. You’ll use the information in our systems to produce reports and forecasts. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to build relationships across the organisation, manage suppliers and the relationships with them, raise purchase orders and collate financial‑management requests and queries.

Please note that this role will initially be based at our HQ Culham until our relocation to Harwell in Autumn 2026 and thereafter it will be based at Harwell.
