Looking for a Service Advisor role where you can build your career with a respected automotive group?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join a professional dealership environment. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle visit runs smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.

THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

· Arranging service, maintenance and repair bookings

· Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop

· Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle

· Explaining additional work and associated costs clearly

· Liaising with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts Department

· Ensuring work is scheduled efficiently

· Maintaining accurate records and documentation

· Supporting invoicing, administration and wider aftersales processes

· Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the vehicle journey
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor within the automotive industry

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Excellent organisation and time-management ability

· A proactive and professional approach

· The ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Good administrative skills and attention to detail

· Full UK Driving Licence
