We’re looking for a People Operations Assistant who will be at the heart of supporting our employees through every stage of their journey with us. This isn’t your typical administrative role – you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that turns potentially stressful situations into positive experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing- Delivering exceptional customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
- Managing employee queries with speed, accuracy, and genuine care
- Supporting key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions
- Working with innovative systems to streamline processes and improve experiences
- Collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and implement improvements
- Contributing to projects that shape how we support our people

Milton Park, Oxfordshire. Minimum of three days per week in-person. Hybrid model available.
