We are recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of key RM Assessment products, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They will act as the voice of the customer internally and bridge the gap between product management, sales, and the marketing team.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Product Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new features and product enhancements, coordinating email campaigns, in-app announcements, website content, and PR.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define the product's unique value proposition and translate technical features into compelling, benefit-led messaging for specific B2B buyer personas and segments.
- Sales Enablement: Create effective sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, ROI calculators) and train sales teams on product features, benefits, and how to articulate the value proposition to close deals.
- Content Creation: Produce various types of content, including blog posts, white papers, webinars, and explainer videos, that support demand generation and nurture campaigns.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and perform competitive analysis to inform product development and differentiate the product in the marketplace.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, product adoption, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing team to ensure alignment and a cohesive customer journey.
- Proven experience in a B2B product marketing or general marketing role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex technical topics accessible and compelling.
- A data-driven approach to measuring performance, tracking KPIs, and using insights to inform decisions.
