The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for a substantial package of works, working closely with the project team to ensure commercial success from procurement through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the commercial aspects of a major enabling works package Administering NEC contracts and managing contractual obligations Procurement and management of subcontractors Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs Managing change control and compensation events Building strong relationships with both internal and client teams Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff where required About You We're looking for someone who has:
