Graduate Customer Service Specialist

Do you have strong communication and client relation skills? Are you a recent graduate or looking to get experience in customer service before your final year of study? If so, we are currently looking for a Graduate Customer Contact Specialist to support within a small team for a global medical device company.

You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.

  9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)

• Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
• Organising service bookings for occupational health services
• Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully
• Administrative support

• Experience with in customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
• Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
