Locum GP | MOD | Abingdon | Excellent hourly rates

Dream Medical is working in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence and are urgently seeking a Locum GP for a 6-week, full-time contract to commence work ASAP.

The successful GP would work Monday to Friday; 08:00 – 16:30, undertaking Primary Healthcare Clinics for Military and entitled Personnel.

The Ministry of Defence offers a fantastic working environment & you will be working with some of the most talented Clinical staff in the UK.

Essential requirements for the role include:
  • Full registration with the GMC and the GP registrar with no restrictions
  • Be on a performers list
  • Current, valid indemnity insurance
  • Full, up-to-date compliance documents including; a copy of the Doctor's Fitness to Practise declaration, and a current, satisfactory annual appraisal in line with GMC's Good Medical Practice (GMP) requirements.

    • The successful candidate should be competent with completing examinations and occupational health assessments, along with all other aspects of normal primary care services.

    Previous Ministry of Defence experience is desirable but not essential; familiarity with DII and DMICP is also advantageous.
