In this position, you'll be supported through a structured training and induction period where you'll learn how to plan and deliver lessons, before gradually taking on teaching responsibilities yourself. Once established, you'll work with apprentices and adult learners, combining your hands-on industry experience with practical and classroom-based learning in well-equipped workshops.

The Role:

Complete a training programme to develop teaching skills
Deliver practical and classroom-based plumbing training to apprentices and adult learners
Use your industry experience to prepare learners for real-world plumbing careers
Monday-Friday, daytime hours based in Abingdon

The Person :

Experienced Plumber or Plumbing & Heating Engineer (Level 2 minimum)
No prior teaching or training experience required???????
