Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Learning Partners to support pupils in Abingdon across local primary schools. If you’re passionate about helping children succeed and want a role where every day makes a difference, this could be perfect for you!

As a Classroom Learning Partner, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role may include:

• Providing 1:1 support to children who need additional guidance
• Offering general classroom assistance to help teachers deliver engaging lessons
• Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development
• Supporting behaviour management and ensuring pupils stay on task
• Helping with small group activities and intervention sessions

Whether you’re experienced in education or looking to step into a school-based role for the first time, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Able to build positive relationships with children
• Confident supporting learning across primary age groups

Experience in schools or childcare is beneficial but not essential – training and ongoing support are provided.
