As an Education Mentor with Mac Intyre No Limits, you'll support young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to develop the confidence, skills and independence they need for adult life. This is far more than a teaching role – you'll be helping people discover their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve goals that matter to them. Every day is different. Whether you're supporting someone to travel independently, manage their money, access community facilities, build social connections or work towards employment aspirations, you'll be helping create opportunities that lead to greater independence and fulfilment.

About the Role This is a term-time position, working 39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm ( 5 days a week). You'll work both from our base at Abingdon College and within local communities, delivering creative, personalised learning that reflects each student's interests, aspirations and goals. We support young people aged 16–25 with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD and communication differences.
