Interim Deputy Headteacher, Thames Valley

This is an interim Deputy Headteacher role in a special school with a clear improvement plan in place, leading quality of education and teaching and learning.

The role
- Lead quality of education and teaching and learning across the school
- Develop curriculum structure, sequencing and assessment cycles
- Line manage and coach curriculum leaders
- Lead lesson observation, feedback and CPD
- Be a visible presence around the school, building relationships with staff and pupils quickly
- Model or co-teach where asked
What you'll bring
- Experience at Deputy Headteacher level or above  - A strong track record in curriculum, assessment and teaching and learning
- Current, confident knowledge of the new Ofsted framework
- The ability to work at pace within an established improvement plan
