- Develop concept design ideas into viable solutions through to detail design
- 2D detail design drawings - to BS8888
- Collaborative working with other disciplines/Clients
- Mechanical Handling/Flow diagrams
- Production of engineering specifications and documentation
- Mechanical engineering calculations
- Working closely with Mechanical Engineers
- Working with/to engineering (British and international) design standards and codes
- IMechE support and mentoring
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Orano Limited, some of the specialist tasks you could be involved producing are:
- 3D modelling
- Develop concept design ideas into viable solutions through to detail design
- 2D detail design drawings - to BS8888
- Collaborative working with other disciplines/Clients
- Mechanical Handling/Flow diagrams
- Production of engineering specifications and documentation
- Site visits (project dependent international travel)
- Mechanical engineering calculations
- Working closely with Mechanical Engineers
- Working with/to engineering (British and international) design standards and codes
- IMechE support and mentoring
- Private Medical Insurance at Single, Partner and Family levels
- Non Contributory Pension Scheme
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a cap of 30
