Finance Business Partner

We are working with a not-for-profit organisation who are seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight, reporting and stakeholder support across the organisation.

This role is suited to an established and fully qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong experience in Power BI reporting, management accounts and business partnering within complex, stakeholder-driven environments. Experience with in the public sector, education, cultural or charity sectors is highly desirable.

• Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis and commentary
• Partner with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and decision-making
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
• Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities through data analysis
• Improve data quality, reporting processes and financial controls
• Support business cases, financial modelling and scenario analysis

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Strong management accounts and variance analysis experience
• Advanced Excel (SQL advantageous)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
