Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Female Support Worker.
Location:
Drayton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695.5 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours:
7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis; shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support).
Contract:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent. Driving Requirement: A valid driving license is required (Manual, UK). Visa Sponsor ships:

- Previous experience in a care/support setting
- A valid manual UK driving licence

Join us in our new home where you’ll support an individual as part of a passionate, caring team. You’ll be supporting an individual with complex needs who’s moving into a specially adapted home. Routine is very important to the individual.
Support Details- Support needs include learning disabilities (including Makaton or PECs), autism and/or visual impairments
- Experience with behaviour that is highly challenged and applying Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
