Salience Labs is seeking an individual to define and operate the system test capability for our photonic switching technology in Abingdon, UK. You will design and implement test strategies involving complex optical setups, automation, and ensure test readiness at each milestone. Ideal candidates should have strong lab experience, fluency in Python, and be comfortable managing multiple teams to drive disciplined execution toward commercial goals.

This role will help shape core testing functions in a transformative tech environment.
