Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor

At Radley College, we're seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver exceptional standards across our beautiful 800-acre campus near Oxford. Working alongside a supportive housekeeping team, you'll play a hands‑on role in ensuring our outstanding facilities remain welcoming, safe, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.

This is a hands‑on supervisory position where you'll:

• Support and motivate your allocated housekeeping team
• Monitor cleaning standards and conduct quality audits
• Assist with staff training and induction
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing across the department
• Support College events and operational activities
• Build positive working relationships across departments

We're looking for someone who:

• Has cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Enjoys leading and supporting people
• Is organised and confident using IT systems
• Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Takes pride in delivering high standards
• Is reliable, adaptable, and proactive

10 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday
7:30am to 12:30pm
