Creating a premium consumer experience to share our market leading appliances. You will be the face of Miele delivering a premium service at every point of the consumer journey to delight our consumers at every step of the way.

Responsibilities- Report to the Outlet Store Manager and lead consumers through a detailed consultation in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances to meet the needs and wants of the consumer.
- Upsell and up‑grade products and accessories to expand the consumer's use of their appliances.
- Maintain the pride and passion for the Miele brand while delivering a quality experience to our customers.
- Work as a core member of the Outlet team at the Abingdon headquarters, driving quality experiences and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our products through various methods, including telephone and email.
- Respond confidently and professionally to consumer needs through quotations and queries.
- Previous experience of working in a customer‑facing sales role.
- Ability to build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required.
- Passion and pride that matches the brand.
- Ability to effectively multi‑task.
- IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes.
- Strong teamwork skills to achieve great results.
Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week, including a Saturday on a rota basis. You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:00 Saturday.
If you are rostered to work on a Saturday (normally 1 in
2), you will receive a compensatory day off in the same week.
We offer a full‑time salary starting at £25,658 rising to £26,172 post‑probation, plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package.
