Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We provide a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

• Passionate and knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
• Good customer service skills, able to greet customers with a smile and build rapport.
• Take initiative and make customer‑centric decisions.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly.
• Be punctual, well presented and a brand ambassador.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Over 16 guaranteed hours per week with flexibility. Paid by the hour starting £13.28, increasing to £14.55 within the M25.
