C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Shop Manager for a busy Abingdon charity shop during the 2026 Christmas season. The temporary role runs October to December, with full-time or part-time hours and hands-on responsibility for daily shop operations.
You will lead volunteers, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and EPOS operations, oversee cash handling and banking, and drive sales while promoting the shop in the local community.
