What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Negotiating property sales between buyers and sellers
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and liaising with applicants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing clear communication throughout the sales process
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Contributing to the overall success of the branch
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator
- Proven sales and negotiation ability
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Positive, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude
- Well presented with a professional approach
- Knowledge of the Abingdon area preferred
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to deal confidently with the public
