Mac Intyre is recruiting a part-time Support Worker to assist three young men – Ben, Joe and Gary – at their home near Abingdon. You’ll help them pursue hobbies, activities and opportunities in the community, building confidence and independence with person-centred support.
You’ll work with a colleague to provide consistent, compassionate care outdoors in all weathers, adapting plans as needed while nurturing meaningful relationships and a warm home environment.
