Interventional Cardiologist southwest VA - Non-Structural

Overview

A premier cardiovascular specialty group in the region is seeking a full-time BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist for an employed, non-structural opportunity in southwest Virginia.

• The group will consist of one Invasive Cardiologist, two Interventional Cardiologists, Nurse Practitioners and an excellent staff
• Additional support as required can be provided
• Institute is composed of over 40 cardiologists, including non-invasive, interventional with PV skills, vascular surgery, electrophysiology, CT surgery and thoracic surgery as well as over 35 physician extenders
• Practice performs an average of 65 Caths per month, roughly 40 Diagnostic / 25 Interventional Catheterizations, and also performs Permanent Pacemaker/ICD insertions
• Philips Cath Lab with Advanced Cardiac support devices such as:
  Laser, Volcano, EKOS, Cardio
  
  MEMs, Penumbra, IABP, and Impella
• 24/7 STEMI service with approximately 80 STEMIs per year
• On-Site CHF clinic
• 3 Experienced Advanced Practitioners to Supplement Practice
• Continued Cardiac Market Growth
• Advanced Imaging Department with Siemens 128 slice CT with Calcium Score and Coronary CTA Capability
• CABG facility staffed by physician partners within the same practice 40 minutes away
• Practice is nationally recognized and leads the region’s cardiovascular care
