Salary Range: $17.75 To $24.00 Hourly
The First Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Loan Support Processor for the Operation Center in Abingdon, VA. The loan operations department is responsible for a wide range of job duties and roles will be determined based on experience. Responsibilities may include working reports, uploading loans to the core platform, reviewing loan documents, document imaging, folding and filing documents, and supporting the loan administration staff and customers.
The candidate must be very detail oriented and provide superior customer service.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:- Upload loans to the core platform
- Work reports
- Assist with folding and filing of documents as needed
- Answer group phone calls from customers and branches
- Provides any necessary to loan administration staff or customers
- Be knowledgeable about and cross sell all First Bank and Trust products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Associate's degree
- Accounting, Business, and/or Finance - preferred - Two or more years of customer service experience or loan experience - preferred
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- PTO Leave is 20 days per year earned on a monthly basis
