• Welcoming patients and managing appointment schedules to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Assisting in preliminary eye exams by performing vision tests and gathering patient histories.
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Providing patients with information and support regarding their eye‑care needs.
• Working closely with optometrists, assisting in procedures, and accurately documenting findings.
• Maintaining a balanced work‑life schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and explain procedures.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient histories and exam results.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing exam rooms.
